display route information like google does

It's possible to display route information like Google does at this page?

If yes, I just need a small push along the wind. If not, I will have to do it ..

I was thinking of something like the picture attached.

It just gives you the possibility to see how to get from point A to point B (not just showing on the map, that I know it's done, I already use that part):

I don't know how to get to the indicated link. I'm sorry, but I can't find this link or the indicated numbers. Are they some versions number?
