you can edit files in GMap.NET.Projections, current configuration is:

const double MinLatitude = -85.05112878;
const double MaxLatitude = 85.05112878;
const double MinLongitude = -177;
const double MaxLongitude = 177;

I am looking for a solution to show the Current Map View area of depending from the zoom area of an other vector map mapping component.

From this component ( I can get the current positon lat / lon as

Now I want to sincronize the zoom area of the vector map component with the Current Map View area of .

Any idea how I can do this in

nice font ;} ..anyway what do you mean 'synchronize' ?

Hi Radioman,

Sorry for this font error, I made a copy - paste from the page header.....

I am writing an application where I show a vector map using a GIS component.

The user can format this map with a thematic shading, add point and line layers...

One feature I want to add is to show the same area displayed on the vector map in a second tab or window as an Open Street Map.

Zooming in or out at the vector map the Open Street Map zoom in or out too.

This I mean with synchronize

The lat/lon values min and max from the vector map rectangle I can get with the ViewExtents function from this component.

At the gmap I only found CurrentPosition or now Position where I can enter one set of lat/long values and zoomlevel.

I am looking for something like this where I can pass the actual settings from the vector map rectangle to gmap.

gmap1.MinLatitude = -85.05112878
gmap1.MaxLatitude = 85.05112878
gmap1.MinLongitude = -177
gmap1.MaxLongitude = 177

Thank you
