RestoreCursorOnLeave

Dear Radioman,

The void RestoreCursorOnLeave() in GMapControl.cs is not working properly when two markers are so close to each other that they overlap. When the cursor hits the second marker from within the first, the cursor won't change back to the default, but the handcursor will be the new defaultcursor instead.
