MONO crash

Oct 1, 2010 at 11:12 PM

I am trying to run this control with the GMap.NET.WindowsForms.Mono download, with MONO 2.67, on Windows Vista 32 bit. If I change the MapType to anything besides the default, it crashes where I cannot see anything.

I tried it also with the the latest available code and the form stays up, but displays the error tiles and has "Exception: An exception was thrown by the type initialize for SingletonCreator"

Any ideas?

Thanks for the work on an awesome control!

i haven't tested mono on latest versions, so it seems to have some issues, whats the stack-trace?

Off for the weekend. See what I can do Monday morning.

Stack Trace revealed that I was missing SQLite.dll. Added that.

Now it is not crashing, but rather a message box appears stating

"Runtime Error!

-CRT not initialize"

I will see if I can use your example code to help debug this. Suggestions\ideas for debugging this appreciated.

Ok,  So I learned that I entered the compilation symbol incorrectly so it was not compiling for MONO. I think I have it set correctly now. Now the example form does not compile. I will see what I can do.
